I love using this at night when I’m applying my night cream. I keep the roller in the fridge for about 15 minutes then I roll it gently over my face to help set the cream into my skin. The rolling relaxes my skin and the cooling effect calms any irritations I may have gotten on mi face over the day. Using this product has really helped in soothing redness and irritation. I’m probably going to get one for most of the women in my family for the holidays

It's very pretty and has a nice weight to it but the vibration only lasted seconds so I rated it lower. I took a video showing it on then turned it off and it wouldn't turn back on after that. I used a brand new battery and also tried another battery just in case but the vibration won't turn on anymore. Maybe I just got a bad one, it happens I guess. I consider this roller to be the best gift you can make yourself or give to someone you appreciate. This one is fancy, it's solid. The heads are easy to remove and put on. I recommend that you do the test of spending a week on only one side of your face so that you see the results that are surprising. I received my unit today and i love it! I love the massaging and vibrating sensation on my face and neck. I look forward to seeing the benefits of using this daily and will be back to update my review. As for the quality of the device, its made very well and has some weight to it. The roller moves very smoothly over the skin with no pulling. It seems to be worth the price point.

I’ve always purchase my rose quartz or jade manual rollers from other stores. This is money well spent. I love it. Two different attachments.

Personally, I really had hoped for better from this facial massager. I really didn't get enough of my money's worth. The product may not be as effective as advertised.

I never knew I needed this till I tried it. I have a face routine for every night. And this makes the biggest difference! Its relaxing and feels like an amazing face massage. I use it to put my moisturizers on and I can already tell a difference in my face!

The item came well packaged in a snug little box and included batteries. The "jade” was cold to the touch providing a semi coming effect. It was was to use with two exchangeable heads. Gentle vibrations.

This is my first jade roller to use and I am hooked! This one is sleek and comes in a hard case. It is absolutely wonderful! It felt so nice on my face, and I believe it will be a huge help to lessen tension from my sinuses. It is also very calming!

We have another, non-massaging, simple roller. Works well. This one, not so much. The roller barely rolls. Have to apply pressure, and even then barely turns. The massage aspect of the device (battery-powered) works, but is almost too strong. Not relaxing. Too forceful and a bit loud. If the roller rolled, as it should, I would at least be able to use this as a simple roller. Shame. I would return, but the box somehow got tossed with other Christmas Day debris.

I'd seen these things around, but never tried one before so I thought I'd give it a go. This particular roller takes a AA battery and it makes it vibrate (you can also leave it off). I used it to apply a serum and was delighted to find that my serum went a lot further than when I applied it with my fingers. Makes sense, as the roller doesn't absorb the serum and my fingers do. This looks like a cheap version of the better brand. I wasn't delivered in a package so the box was soaking wet and falling apart. The alternate roller does not screw in, fit is off, and I cannot get it to work! I have no box to return it in, so this is very inconvenient!

I have to give this only one star because the vibrating/ massaging mechanism doesn’t work. I got it to slightly vibrate for about 10 seconds and then it went out, and even with battery changes it still does not vibrate. It adds weight to the product, making it bulky and not fun or relaxing to use. Doesnt appear to do anything better or different from cheaper versions. Need to keep it in the frig to be cold which means oftentimes you forget about using it.

Feels great and makes your skin feel very nice. I don’t have bad bags under my eyes but on those nights you miss out on some sleep this certainly brings the puffiness down. Highly recommend

This roller is great, easy to use and adds a little bit of luxury to your skin care routine. It takes a AA battery. Will be curious as too how it holds up longevity wise, but even without the vibration it is a nice roller.

This was my first jade roller and initially, I wasn't too impressed. The coolness of the stone felt really good but my skin would warm it up after a minute's use. It also took a bit for me to figure out how far to untwist the bottom to turn it on without it cutting out. My husband bought this for me at Walmart for 10.00. It was in the clearance bin. I have used it repeatedly and the only thing I truly experienced was tired arms and no significant difference in the tone or texture of my skin. I had also ordered a Flawless facial hair remover from their site. It doesn’t work like it was advertised to do. I sell a highly reputable cosmetic and skin care line. Don’t waste your money on this or any other Flawless product.

I've always wanted to purchase something like this but the other products in the store is not within my budget. This product is definitely a good value for the money. The quality is great! My face feel so relaxed after I use it.
