Roller doesn't roll!
We have another, non-massaging, simple roller. Works well. This one, not so much. The roller barely rolls. Have to apply pressure, and even then barely turns. The massage aspect of the device (battery-powered) works, but is almost too strong. Not relaxing. Too forceful and a bit loud. If the roller rolled, as it should, I would at least be able to use this as a simple roller. Shame. I would return, but the box somehow got tossed with other Christmas Day debris.

- The roller may scratch or scrape the skin
