I try to exercise regularly and the armband mount for my iPhone 6 Plus seemed like a good idea. I usually limit myself to walking, but sometimes I run and do other things. The Belkin case is a way to take your phone with you with minimal fuss. There's one major difficulty with taking the iPhone 6 Plus with you - it's big. For a small person, carrying it on your arm can be like walking with a brick. A belt holster might be a better choice. Not a problem for me, but takes some getting used to. There is an adjustable strap that attaches with Velcro to keep the bandage in place. It is flexible but not stretchy. So if you tighten the strap just enough to stay in place, you may feel like you're wearing a tourniquet. I had to remove the protective case from my phone to put it in my case. There is a pocket for credit cards, paper money, etc., but nothing too thick fits in there. The phone is inserted into the slot on the back of the strap; Valve closes the gap. A transparent plastic window shows the entire screen and the home button. This allows you to work with the phone, but fingerprint recognition does not work. (Not for me, anyway.) Considering the plastic window and strap material, this is pretty weatherproof packaging. It's not waterproof enough for swimming, but sweat or light rain shouldn't be a problem. The plastic window can be a problem. I was having trouble getting the phone out of the bandage until I squeezed the sides to pry the plastic away from the phone's screen. There is a small hole on the bottom for a headphone plug, but it works best with a straight plug. If you have a 90 degree connector, good luck. Since you must wear this brace, comfort and fit are important - and very subjective. To be advised.
