I love this pillow. A lot of reviews complain about the pillow being lumpy and uncomfortable or lacking shape, but mine is perfect. It fluffed up after I unpackaged it without any issues. It's super comfy. If you don't like firm pillows- this is not for you. I'm a few weeks in, and it has maintained its shape and firmness where as most pillows would already show some wear and tear. I'm 5'8", and I do wish the short side was a bit longer, but I can pull the long side up for comfort. I have seen a significant improvement in my back and hip pain since buying this pillow; I'd buy it again.
