The team is very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate transactions from land use planning through development approvals/disapprovals.

They are always available when you need them but also work independently if needed or desired by their expertise level within each area they cover (landuse permitting). Very responsive! I would like there be some better communication between teams - it can sometimes feel siloed with different groups working together without knowing what others doing at times- this could lead to confusion around deadlines etc., which causes delays.
