I could give a higher rating if they thought more about getting extra pads. According to the instructions, the pads should be changed after about 30 uses. I decided to stock up on some but the website they provide in this guide only has information on how to purchase the entire product and nothing on how to purchase replacement pads. Another website address for them turns out to be non-existent. The Revain page that offers this product and replacement pads only has information on one of the two electrode types. I can only assume that this product, which is made in China and shipped to Florida and then sold through Revain, loses something on those trips. While it does a reasonable, if not great, job of cleaning and polishing, I wouldn't recommend a product with such a lack of customer service information. In fact, I want our customers to participate in #Metooservice to motivate companies to pay more attention to customer needs AFTER purchasing a product.
