I ordered this card hoping my windows 7 desktop would sync my ipod with itunes. The first card came in 3 days. After installation, my computer doesn't even recognize a device connected to the card. I contacted the seller and after some investigation the seller agreed that the product was defective and the seller immediately sent me a replacement card. This card has recognized all devices that I connect to it. Some reviewers cautioned against buying as it is actually a USB1. 0 and speed help you with no storage device and guess what ipods i have are storage devices and this card didn't really solve the problem i was supposed to start with.
