Update: 08/19/17 The printer is constantly jammed. Even on thin thick paper and on a flat flat surface. :(**** One star deducted because I see these weird vertical parallel invisible lines after printing (see attached image). I've asked the community and hope to get an answer. It's not a HUGE issue, but it is aesthetically unattractive. otherwise The printer boots up and prints quickly. Now it's time to set it up. A lot of MAC users cry at how complicated it is. It took a bit of googling and some guesswork, but I hope it saves others the confusion and hassle Step 1: Download the printer driver for Mac Google: Canon Printer Driver for Mac if the link below is out of date [.] Step 2: Download the Google Wireless Network Setup Tool: Canon Network Setup Tool MF2FLBP if the link below is deprecated [.] Use the second option and connect the wireless network using a USB cable (the easiest way) instead of trying to connect to your wireless router to deliver. Follow the network setup tool instructions. Then go to your Mac's System Preferences, click the + icon and the Canon printer should show up as (Nearby Printers). You will be prompted to find the printer drive. For some reason the downloaded driver is not connected automatically. Your Apple computer/laptop will not install the driver automatically, so step 1. Click on the Use drop down button and select the driver for Model number: LPB6030. Click Add. That should work. Not too bulky, not too heavy. Not bad for the price. Again, I just hope the vertical lines go away or find a fix for it. (See attached photo)
