Review on Huffy Frozen Tricycle Wheel Storage by Chris Santos

I bought this and was very disappointed that it had plastic wheels instead of rubber. However, this wouldn't be a problem if the rear wheels were actually spinning. The first week is well done but the back is just awful! It says not to overtighten the bolts on the rear wheels and make sure the cap is secure. But the cap on the wheel is not fixed and the place you put the wheel is too big for the wheel! You can tell they cut the plastic about halfway down the middle of the wheel to make a lip, but the wheels still slide right over the lip. When I finally got the wheels in the right place and screwed them in, any further pressure would immediately release them and they wouldn't spin at all! Not to mention I called support and their time zone is different from mine which means since I work and have a job (like most people) I would have to literally call them at work which is not an option is.
