Excellent Product with Great Support

Maximo has all the functionality I need for my job. It allows me to create work orders quickly, track them efficiently, manage inventory etc. The reporting tools are excellent too! Sometimes there can be an error message or two when you try to do something new and it takes a while to get it back up & running again.
Do your research before purchasing software. There are many other products out there which will provide similar features as well as have better support if needed. We use this product to schedule jobs, perform inspection tasks and track equipment status/movement.

Pros

Great customer service with prompt responses in response time issues that arise frequently due mostly because we run multiple sites across our state using one login so everything is centralized under 1 account instead having separate logins at each site
