Different pros:
+ Really cool, Ryzen 7 3700x, average 50 degrees under load at 50-70% cpu
Some cons:
- super mega inconvenient fixture, hard to attach to the B550M DS3H motherboard
- looks unreliable when installed, slightly staggers, supplied screws are too short
