These furniture glides are easy to use. The paper simply peels off and they stick directly to the underside of the furniture. First I made sure the floor was free of dust and pet hair. I first tried them on the legs of a bed frame. They hold up well and didn't come loose even when I moved the bed. I was able to easily slide the bed over the carpet, which was easy on my back. The plastic is round and absolutely smooth. They don't stick to the carpet at all. They help protect carpets from wear and tear if you plan to rearrange furniture frequently. They are good value for money and work well!
