Ironsides has been very helpful in managing our technology portfolio for us from acquisition to implementation. They have helped drive value by providing guidance about what tools are needed most as well as providing implementation assistance once they've selected them. Their relationship management team works hard at making sure all needs of their customers (including ourselves) are met. We never had any major dissatisfaction with this vendor. If you're looking for someone who can help guide your IT department through a transition or provide ongoing support, I recommend contacting ironsides.com directly - there's not enough room here to list everything we did that was amazing! We recently implemented multiple business intelligence environments, including SSAS Tabular BI solutions using PowerBI and Tableau. This has benefited both my organization internally but also allowed me and other members of the sales force to better understand how various processes work so we could sell more effectively. They have been very helpful in helping us with our business intelligence needs as well has being able to help out when needed for other projects they are working at this time! Very friendly staff that will go above an beyond what you would expect from them if it means making sure your happy or even better than expected!! I don't think anything comes up too often but we always work together solving issues/problems until everything works perfectly again.
