Review on 📞 GLE2016 In-line DSL Splitter Adapter with Noise Filter for Telephone Phone Fax Accessory (Pack of 5) - Enhanced Clarity and Optimal Signal Quality by Elmito Yeager

After a thunderstorm the telephone line started buzzing and since I had problems with flash-fried DSL filters before, I ordered these. When I received them I tried one out. It didn't help the buzzing and reduced my DSL signal/speed, although I thought it might have been caused by something else I was doing in the phone booth. After phone company repair fixed the buzzing, I still had a reduced DSL signal/speed. Since I still have the old filter (issued by the phone) I replaced it, tried again as a last resort. DSL signal/speed returned to previous levels. I haven't tried every splitter/filter in turn, but the one I made reduced the download speed from 7,104,000 bps with a 14.5 signal-to-noise ratio to 5280,000 bps with a signal-to-noise ratio of ratio of 8.5. Other filters in the order may work fine, but the one I tried didn't work.
