I wasn't sure if this unit would be compatible with the BMW series as some reviews said the manufacturer didn't specify which adapter to use. I bought the brake bleeder anyway hoping it would work as I had to finish the M4 race in less than a week. I'm happy to report that the gadget and attachments that come standard with the ARES 70921 worked great on the M4. According to some reviewers, removing the tires at each location took longer than installing a fitting on the brake reservoir cap and pressurizing the system. Also, 15psi is reportedly enough to pressurize the brake lines and allow fluid to flow to each brake piston and bleeder. I also like the idea that the quick connector attached to the cap can be rotated to keep the line from twisting if you need to move the block in the engine bay. The device also has a pressure release valve button to relieve the pressure before removing the cap otherwise you may make a mess. (Other models don't have some of these features) I have had no problems with this unit and would happily purchase the ARES 70921 Brake Fluid Bleed Tool again. It costs $$ and saves me time on brake maintenance.
