This is a great set of pannier bags for someone who is only using them for relatively light-duty purposes or occasional use. I use mine to carry groceries on my e-bike when I just need to grab a few things from the market and don't feel like driving, and they've been great. I'm pretty gentle with them, though, and I'm not sure that they'd hold up to rougher usage for very long. I have not had any issues with the side bags hitting my spokes, as others seem to have had, but I'm also using them on an electric bike with a rear bike rack built in to house the battery. Haven't tried putting them on a regular bicycle.
