Shaws Shawspads toilet ring remover is the best I have found for removing toilet rings, better than a pumice stone or chemical cleaner. BUT they work much better without that bowl handle. Finger pressure on the back of the pad is much more effective and requires less effort than attempting to clean with a handle-attached pad. I cut the pads in half to make them easier to hold. If you're seriously not afraid to stick your hand in the toilet, don't use a pen and just buy some pads.
