I opened the new packaging 2 days ago and was a bit shocked when I soaked the filter for the first time. it turns black and I had no idea if it worked well or not. (This product needs to be soaked for 15 minutes, compared to my original Breville water filter, it only needs to be soaked for 5 minutes.) After soaking, I rinsed it under the tap for 1-2 minutes and the water doesn't seem to close turn black anymore. know if it works well or not. I think I will buy the original box after using all the filters I bought.
