Baby admitted! on Toys for Babies and Toddlers

These tops are worth the money! I gave them out to a group of 5-8 year olds and they loved it! From what I've seen, they all light up as you spin, but don't expect them to be different colors. they all glow red. Still worth the money to see the kids having fun!
