I've only worn them once but I love them! I'm small (5'3") and the 5" inseam is perfect for keeping my hips from rubbing. The leg that didn't have my phone in its pocket was barely raised, but not even enough to lower it while running. The phone stayed in my pocket even during interval sprints. The waist rises and does not fall. compression just right. I ordered a medium sized because I was concerned that if I made them smaller (based on other reviews) my legs might cut into my thighs. Will probably order more of these, especially if they hold up well in the wash!
