So a purchase for the mother-in-law who has difficulty getting in and out of the seat. This raised our 16 inch toilet to just over 19 inc, then I added a 2 inch booster seat making it 21 inches. Now my kit came with no instructions but I have installed toilets before and when I looked at it I quickly figured out how it was supposed to work and the installation was pretty easy. No major issues or leaks and once bolted down it seemed very solid and sturdy. Some of these reviews say it's thin plastic and it's hollow, well it's plastic but it's thick and hard, it's hollow but it has honeycomb inside for support and strength. My mother-in-law is a tall woman, she doesn't sit gracefully and in two months of use we haven't had any problems. We bought a squat potty for kids and guests to use, making it more comfortable for those smaller than average. Really this product is great and it looks better than the nasty 5 inch booster seat she had and she loves it too.
