One stopped working after 10 minutes

It was great at first! Three colors and my dog and all 3 cats love running lights. However, the green laser pen stopped working ten minutes after installing new Energizer brand batteries. I can't find a way to contact the seller/company to see if there's any way I can get a replacement for it. The other two (red and purple) still work fine. At this moment.
