Edit: upgrading review to 4 stars as the company has exhibited great customer service. Although the the product had issues, they stood behind the product and have followed up multiple times to remedy the issue.I ordered this item for my new iPhone 14 Pro. It arrived and I proceeded to follow the directions and pop the front of the case away from the back. The front screen protector immediately cracked. I contacted the company, and heard back about 15-20 hours later. Please note that their Chat with Us function is not an immediate or automated system, so don’t expect an immediate response like most Chat systems offer. They really need to indicate that in their Chat system, and it would help to receive a notification pop up indicating this when you submit dialogue. I also emailed and received a response from both points of communications about 15 hours after submission. I provided a photo and the case was replaced no hassle. It arrived yesterday. I was able to follow the instructions this time without the case cracking.While awaiting the replacement case, I used the glass camera cover for some protection. It cracked within a few hours of use. I’m not too sure on the longevity of this product but the customer service was corrective and responsive- just give them 24 hours.
