UPDATE 12/2022:I was contacted by the seller after leaving the below original review. They offered me a full refund, no questions asked, no product return necessary (which is good as I had already disposed of the case), they were very polite and had quick same-day response time to my reply. As such, even though it is not required at all, I’ve chosen to increase my original review of 2 stars to 4 stars, just based on their resolution of the issue and stellar customer service. I would consider purchasing from this company again, knowing they stand behind their products. So few companies do that these days. Thank you Miracase!ORIGINAL REVIEW:I’m coming off an Otterbox defender for an iPhone XR that I just upgraded. Otterbox doesn’t make the type of case anymore that I used to have, so I tried to find something similar. That’s when I ran across Miracase. This case is okay in terms of phone protection. It does protect the phone decently, has both a front and back cover protector, and it also has a couple stick-on type camera lens plastic covers. If you’re like me and want to protect your investment to the highest level, you put a screen protector on it before you put in the case. Unfortunately, this reduces the touchscreen and Face ID capabilities to practically nothing. You have to press crazy hard to get the phone to register your touch and respond.Idk what I was expecting from the camera covers, but it definitely wasn’t a stick-on. Tacky. Hard to get exactly straight, because there is no inset bezel or anything like that that goes down around each lens… no, it just sticks right on top of each lens so you must have a very steady hand to get it straight. Annoying and not designed very well. Plus since it’s a stick-on rather than a snap on, clip on or screw on, it can and does come right off, if you pull on it. It’s easy to remove. Too easy. I can see why they included 2 in the kit. You’ll need another when the first falls off. That said, I ABSOLUTELY HATE all the greasy fingerprint marks ALLLLL over the front AND the back! See attached pics. Sure, this is a "glass series” see-through case, but I wasn’t expecting it to make the phone look disgusting and literally greasy and dirty ALL THE TIME. Every single time you touch it, there’s another fingerprint mark. Reminds me why I can’t stand stainless steel appliances lol.So ya, I’m not too happy with this case overall. I bought it hoping to enjoy the beautiful purple color of my new phone, but all I can see on front and back (which btw the prints on the front DOES cause blur of the screen and hard to see through it all) is greasy fingerprints messing up how beautiful the deep purple color of the phone is. It sucks. And if you had a black phone? OMG, you’d see every tiny speck. So, if you like this case, go ahead and get it. But your best bet is to ONLY buy this case if you have a white or silver phone only. Those 2 colors will help to mask the fingerprints a bit so it isn’t so gross and dirty looking. Any other color… you’ve been warned lol.
