Product works but not 2 packs
I have bought this product before and find it very good for removing cream. Don't leave it on for too long - follow the directions. I'm only giving 3 stars because the description says there are 2 packs. That is not true. I received 1 pack! A pack consists of a removal cream and a soothing balm. I think the description is misleading and should be corrected. Otherwise the product does what it is supposed to.
