The worst chemical burn I've ever had. There were scabs and bleeding, cracked skin on his chin and upper lip. This is on my face after just three minutes. The hair on his chin and face was not removed either. I will not buy again. Is always. I had to tell my colleagues it was an allergic reaction to shellfish and take the day off.

I have bought this product before and find it very good for removing cream. Don't leave it on for too long - follow the directions. I'm only giving 3 stars because the description says there are 2 packs. That is not true. I received 1 pack! A pack consists of a removal cream and a soothing balm. I think the description is misleading and should be corrected. Otherwise the product does what it is supposed to.

I have PCOS so I have to use hair removal cream quite often and this has worked so much better for me than Sally Hansen! It only took 8 minutes from application to work and my skin wasn't irritated at all (usually the creams I've used in the past caused a lot of irritation so I had to double up on the cream after leaving). The cream also doesn't have that overpowering smell that Sally Hansen hair removal cream has. I will definitely switch to Gigi.

I used to use Sally Hansen's product but it was sold out everywhere so I bought this one instead. I was definitely hesitant about burns based on other reviewers, but I honestly think it's because they left the product on for too long. I kept this for 5 minutes, wiped off the cream and then rinsed my upper lip with water. All hair gone. My upper lip was a little red but I think that's normal. It blushes for 10-15 minutes and passes. I have very sensitive skin and have struggled with it.

This product was AMAZING! Very easy to use and works fast. I have to shave my chin every other day. I have been waiting for several days to be able to use this cream. This is really great work. At first I thought it wasn't working, but when I started wiping it off I saw my thick chin hairs being wiped off with cream. The peaceful tranquility is also amazing. First they just sent me a full package and the other package only contained a soothing balm! Second: avoid this product if you have sensitive skin! This is not for sensitive skin.
