Don't buy this! Avoid if you have sensitive skin!

First they just sent me a full package and the other package only contained a soothing balm! Second: avoid this product if you have sensitive skin! This is not for sensitive skin. I've used it on my face and it doesn't even work fully. Only half of my hair was removed and parts of my face turned red and wherever I applied this cream my face felt tight and irritated. I used a soothing balm, there's nothing soothing in it! Instant burning and tingling. Avoid this product at all costs! I pray my face doesn't get irritated for long because it hurts!
