This was the second pair I ordered. First was for my husband who loved them and my son tried them on and wanted a pair. I went back and ordered an XLarge for my son and when he tried them on they were too small. I made sure they are Xlarge and I ordered the correct size. Nowhere on the page does it say it is a used item. When I went to return and looked at the details of the order it said it was in good condition. Obviously they were the wrong size. The seller's customer service department contacted me and sent me the right size gloves in a very timely manner. As above, my husband loved his gloves and we wanted a pair for my son. They often go on long trips on their motorcycles. So the gloves are great quality and the customer service is great.
