I got this for my ball python, I personally don't use the aspen litter provided as it can get in the snake's mouth and the 100 watt light bulb needs replacing , as it heats up too much and the snake can cook slowly. I'd go with a 40 watt snake for myself, but all snakes are a little different so talk to your breeder or pet store if you're new to this, or shop around. on-line. The water bowl and hideout are a bit small for me but great for others. The under tank heater, thermostat and cage are great and come at an amazing price. so it's awesome!
