Review on 2-in-1 Professional Hair Straightener and Curler: Flat Iron for Hair Straightening Curling, All Hair Types, Dual Voltage - Gold by Crystal Garcia

I am not satisfied with this device. It doesn't work like the simpler, more expensive model, the plastic housing the thumb gets EXTREMELY hot, and the plastic teeth lining the plates get caught in my hair with every pass. I can't figure out how to work with this device! And it's not due to a lack of skill, because T*me 2-in-1 was very easy to understand and use. This more famous (but much more expensive!) 2-in-1 iron was very efficient to use, but this one NOT ONLY DOESN'T LOOK LIKE (the more expensive one has flat plates, this one has curved plates), it doesn't work like that at all other. Also, this device has plastic teeth that literally line up on the outside of the plates around it, making it very easy to get snagged on your hair. It works great as a flat iron if that's what you're looking for, but I REALLY wanted it for my intended 2-in-1 styling/curling. So far it's not very good, sorry. I'll do some more work with it and come back and check again, but I'm not hopeful. The more expensive T*me was very easy to use! This? Not much if just right is all you need. :(Edit: I'm sending the device back.
