I'm an audio engineer and lifelong musician who bought this speaker more for the looks than the sound. In terms of looks, it absolutely delivers. I've had several people come into the office and comment that it's cool. Everything feels way better and more expensive than it really is - the volume rocker is solid and the controls are simple and straightforward. What surprised me is how good it actually sounds. There's a lot of low frequencies, and the speaker reproduces bebop and classics quite well for a small desktop toy. I've been using this fully as a pluggable device on my work PC, so I can't comment on the Bluetooth aspects. I can buy another one for the house - it's that good.
