I like that it allows me to make changes in my budget without having to wait for approval from HR or Finance. Also, when you have multiple people working off of one document there is no need for more than one copy of the file. Sometimes we get conflicting information about what needs to be done by both teams (HR & IT) so this helps keep things straight! It also makes managing budgets very easy with all info available at any time. The ability to print hard copies has been helpful as well! We are solving our internal budgeting process problems which was causing us alot of issues internally. There is nothing we dislike right now but I would say if you can figure out how to use it properly then everything will fall into place. This software solves many issues within our accounting department because we don't have to send emails back and forth between departments. Instead, everything gets put into one database where everyone can see at anytime what their team's tasks are.
