Review on Flawless Keto Diet Supplement Ketogenic by Kevin Hole

I've been using this product for the third week now and have had pretty good results so far. I started at 129 pounds and am now down to 116 pounds. Don't get me wrong, the pill isn't magic, you MUST make an effort to make it work. I'm on a very strict keto diet (about 30 carbs a day), I do intermittent fasting (16-8) and exercise about 6 times a week (weight training and 30+ minutes of cardio). It's not easy and this pill doesn't make it any easier, but I think it has helped me get into ketosis faster. I'm surprised at how much weight I've lost in such a short amount of time, but I have to say my love arms aren't going anywhere. A lot of people have told me I look like the shortest person I've ever been, but you're your worst critic. I would buy it again and I think my mom now wants to try it too!
