This valve does not leak. I bought a cheaper valve (KIPA) thinking I'd save a few bucks. When I went to the bathroom a few days later, water was leaking from under the door. The whole bathroom flooded. I bought this one because he said it was heavier and had a lifetime guarantee. I installed it and so far it works great. Don't be cheap like me and don't suffer from the need to redo and dry everything.
