Buy the real part not this

I just installed this on a 2012 xl1200c. I have horrible jerks at medium speeds. Secondly, the filter does not fit into the tank when installed. This requires another filter that the fuel pump sucks in. Now I'm going to take it to the dealer to have it properly replaced again because this one doesn't work.
