Disappointed - finishes and decorations

I thought I'd buy a sister brand HTV glitter but as soon as it arrived I decided I'd give it a try anyway. The htv shine kept coming off the backing film when cutting and weeding. HTV hasn't smoothed out; it kept turning. Made a quick easy shirt that became a pain and took too much time.
