I am very careful about food reviews because taste is always subjective. I also like to try the product more than once and use it for something like a protein powder in different combinations. It's worth noting that when you open it you can smell peanut butter and as you can see in the photo there are chunks inside. Inside are real dried strawberries. I had it with almond milk, oatmeal, chia seeds. I ate it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Since I was looking for ingredients and there wasn't anything I couldn't pronounce or had more than 12 letters in the name, I only let my 11-year-old daughter (who is quite picky about what she eats) try cow's milk. and she liked it. The flavor of peanut butter isn't very strong (which I was afraid of), but very "mild" or "smooth", it has no aftertaste. and strawberries are a good flavor combination. .The texture of the powder is very fine, it is a vegetable protein. I do sports every day. I do HIIT and strength training. If you're looking to supplement your protein intake and try something different than the usual flavor offerings and want to switch to a plant-based diet, I highly recommend trying this product.
