Through trial and error, I found that this hair coloring product was a complete disaster. Despite following the instructions, the results were far from desirable and I ended up with a head full of straw-like, patchy blonde hair. The only pro is that it did provide some lift, but not enough to justify the damage it caused. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a safe and effective hair coloring option.
