Took many pictures to show how wood can look in your home. I've seen many good photos, but reflected light can "blow out" the original and give the tree a different hue. I took these shots at 9:30 am in a brightly lit room. I took many pictures from different angles at the same time of day. However, it's cloudy today in San Diego County. I note that the last picture was taken in the evening. You can still see the detailed branches and light on the tree regardless of the time of day or viewing angle. The paint on the wall is Sherman Williams white alabaster (Duration mixed colour) which can produce a cashmere look in certain lighting conditions. .I just got a tree and haven't had a chance to position the branches properly or decide if I want to "accentuate" some extra greenery. I hope this can provide you with more information to help you decide whether to buy? I gave the tree 4 stars because there aren't enough branches to position the tree nicely on all sides. It may look normal from one side of the room. Another kind. You can see a bald spot - I don't know if this can be corrected with green? The light itself is still good.
