Integrated Offline and Onine Call Center Software

The system is easy to use, it has great support capabilities that help in solving many problems faced by users all over India as well across other countries too! It helps both small businesses (which are not able yet) but also large organizations with their customer service needs!! Nothing much about this product so far I am liking its interface simplicity of using eHPDB software which makes customers feel more comfortable while chatting via video call or voice chat option available within our website's dashboard section.

Great Product if you want your business/organizations online presence will be greatly improved through effective Online Customer Service management platform provided here. ! You should definitely give them try out since they have excellent features like integrated Chat feature where we can enable live streaming audio & visual communication between client's end alongwith us team members at backend office location making work load.

  • Available 24x7 hours around clock for immediate assistance without waiting time etc
  • Integrated Video Calling Feature from mobile phone browser itself directly into dashborad area when loggedin there.etc...you may see screenshots attached below.
