The best thing about this program is that it has helped me with my computer problems without charge! I like how easy they make everything for you so there's no stress at all when dealing with them - just know what your looking/wanting in terms of features etc before buying as some things are better than others but if not then don't worry too much because their help line will guide u through any issues until its sorted out :) i also love using Microsoft Word which helps alot!! nothing really bad or anything else other programs have been useful such as Photoshop though these can be purchased separately rather easily (though we do still use MS Office).
