This latch mechanism has been a saving grace for my industrial project. Industrial and Scientific grade materials ensure durability, and through trial and error, I found that it is very easy to install. This thermoplastic elastomer flexible concealed latch provides a secure lock and is easily operable with just one hand... The only con I found is that it requires a bit more force to open than some other latches I've used. Overall, an excellent addition to my industrial hardware collection..
