At first I wasn't very happy with the product because it didn't do its job very well . / made cheap. It doesn't quite work for me because it's too cheaply made and the part that pushes down tends to move when the screw is tightened, making it difficult for me to adjust the flow when it's not up positioned a certain way. As a result, I believe I have given a 2 star rating based on my own experience/unsatisfactory performance of the product. However, this is now a 1 star rating based on my experience with them. In response, they send an email stating that they are committed to customer satisfaction and would be willing to refund my purchase with no refund should I wish to withdraw my negative feedback. Apparently I agreed with her suggestion. HOWEVER, they removed my review and did not initiate a refund/follow-up. I have sent several subsequent emails and have not received a response from them. It's one thing to keep track of customer satisfaction, which is great, but it's quite another to lie about what they will do to keep their ranking/image.
