Gorgeous little sleeve could be considered haute couture in fashion - not top notch mind you but they used pink scissors and enough velcro when cutting material I can I can't imagine anyone having trouble closing. Easily erased. Because there is a RELEVANT velcro in the middle part, you can gently pull on this area, which will reduce the movement of the wool. it is also said to provide insulation. It's not cut out of a plastic bag - it's better than that. . . and does the job it was made for - keeping your pet dry. I bought this for a 50 lb dog with a large chest, tapered back and thin graceful legs that is about 20 inches long - it fits well. Very happy with this product.
