I am from Dr. Denese, and I didn't have the money in my budget to order more, so I gave these a try. I usually use dr. Denese once a day, at night. After one use of these pads, my skin seemed to be duller, but I gave them a few days and certainly saw my skin definitely go downhill. I started using the pads twice a day and still haven't noticed any improvement so I switched to three times a day. I have never experienced the slight tingling around my nasal creases that I would expect from such frequent use of a high glycol product. My pores widened and my complexion started to fade. For the final test, I put the pad on my freshly shaved legs and again felt no burning or any other sensation. I have a lotion with 12% glycolic acid that stings my shaved legs, so I don't see how these pads can have anywhere near the amount of glycolic acid they should. I am sending it back for a refund.
