Great meat thermometer

We've had a few cheaper thermometers that quickly "go out of date" and spoil some good cuts of meat by registering the wrong temperature, so I finally got around to it. better, more expensive, easy to read from a name chefs know well. Escali make great digital scales and so far I am very happy with this product as well. It feels sturdier than the $10 food scale I've had before, and the lid is nicer too.
