According to my experience, this water-based decoupage solution is absolutely fantastic! It dries quickly and creates a very strong bond that keeps my paper crafts in place. The clear finish is also a plus as it adds a beautiful shine to my projects. However the only downside is that it can sometimes leave a slight residue if not applied evenly..
