The ability for us to access our data in real time, with no delays or errors! It's very important that we can get accurate information about what happens each day (or week). We haven't found anything yet - it really has been perfect so far. I would like more options available when creating reports as well as being able to see which customers are using them most frequently. That way you could then target those accounts by sending emails out asking if they'd prefer this service over others etc. Not having any issues at all currently but sometimes there may have some delay before new orders show up in the system. This isn't always noticeable unless you're looking closely though. Just make sure your CRM/Accounting System allows multiple entries per order so things don't appear twice.
