The best thing about this software program, in my opinion, was that it allowed us to have multiple people working simultaneously with our accounting system without having to worry so much! I did not like one of its most important features but they are still developing more ways for users to use their product as well as improving upon what's there now. The ability for us to access our data in real time, with no delays or errors! It's very important that we can get accurate information about what happens each day (or week). We haven't found anything yet - it really has been perfect so far. I would like more options available when creating reports as well as being able to see which customers are using them most frequently. That way you could then target those accounts by sending emails out asking if they'd prefer this service over others etc…

It's been very smooth for us so far, it has helped our sales team with scheduling appointments in their CRM software faster than they can do manually. The ability of having multiple users working from home while we're still physically at the office makes this tool amazing! I honestly don't have anything disliking about AVA yet - if you are looking into trying out agency views as well then that would make sense too since everything works seamlessly together when using both products (ALPHA/TRAM).
