It's been very smooth for us so far, it has helped our sales team with scheduling appointments in their CRM software faster than they can do manually. The ability of having multiple users working from home while we're still physically at the office makes this tool amazing! I honestly don't have anything disliking about AVA yet - if you are looking into trying out agency views as well then that would make sense too since everything works seamlessly together when using both products (ALPHA/TRAM). Having access to more information during peak hours allows each employee to work smarter by being able to see what other employees need done right away without waiting till all reports close down or after closing time which saves everyone tons of extra wasted minutes. It helped me organize my data in one place, which was extremely helpful for time management purposes. I also liked that it has so many different features. The program is not as user friendly as other programs out there. I didn't have any problems with the software. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a tool to help organize their business and keep track of all their projects. I am able to see everything at once, instead of having to search through multiple tabs of spreadsheets.
